Performance Cappella Sancti Servatii

21:35 - 21:50

Hall

The Cappella Sancti Servatii is the choir of the Basilica of Saint Servatius. The choir has a long tradition; the oldest information about the choir dates from 1808. The Cappella sings every two weeks during high mass and also during solemn celebrations and on church holidays. The repertoire of the Cappella is extensive; it covers a period of five centuries and also includes the larger works of famous composers.
In the context of the exhibition Pilgrimage to Maastricht in Maastricht Museum, the choir will perform several songs.
