Breaks and Binds

"Breaks and Binds", created by composer Aura Bouw, who is primarily known for her interdisciplinary work and imaginative storytelling, and filmmaker Fleur Bax, is available for continuous viewing. Breaks and Binds is a cyclical art installation featuring film, text, and music. It explores the connection between bonding and rupturing. It is a musical and visual interpretation of themes that initially appear to be extremes but ultimately prove to be not so far apart. The audience is invited to come as close to the work as they desire and is given the opportunity to step into a different world.
